[WIP] Freeswitch ESL implementation in Golang

The user-microservice implements the business logic for managing user entities. It provides endpoints for creating, reading, updating, and deleting user records, interacting with a PostgreSQL database for persistence and potentially a RabbitMQ instance for event-driven notifications. It follows a layered architecture for separation of concerns.
