The wordlist was found on this repository: https://github.com/mbelivo/diceware-wordlists-fr, it's CC BY-NC-SA 3.0: is it sufficient ?
I think it could be nice to have the wordlist integrated directly in the main software.
I hope my PR is well formatted for the project (:
