Runs the tests listed in TODO.md under "Release Procedure". Uses Go's race detector on supported platforms. The point is to prevent future instances of ulikunitz#65, and to simplify the release procedure.

Nice! Sorry about the non-workingness, the only way I know of how to test this is to actually launch the actions, and I didn't have permissions to do that here. Anyway, cool that it's working now! :) |
