• Simple tables: | col1 | col2 | ...
• First row = header (bold)
• Separator row (| --- | :---: |) is detected and skipped
• Images: → 🖼 alt (clickable OSC-8 link)
• Links: Text → styled label + OSC-8 clickable hyperlink
