… fmt/clippy - Subscribe to START_CONTAINER and REMOVE_CONTAINER events. - Implement state_change to emit Add on start and Remove on remove. - Make create_container/stop_container no-ops to avoid dead code paths. - Update unit tests to use state_change and new event mask. - Run cargo fmt and clippy (fix unused vars).
