This is an issue to track the progress of various PRs to both urbit and vere repos neccessary for the "Git on Urbit" project.
The hoon-git infrastructure is able to function with very minimal jetting. In fact, there are no hoon-git specific jets in the whole codebase. Rather, we require jets for the bytestream library and DEFLATE decompression library /lib/zlib.hoon by @nathanlever. These libraries are of general use and nothing specific to hoon-git.
