greatly improves boot time.
$pill has been modified for inclusion of a cache in a brass pill.
the cache is captured by emulating a ship booting, and outputting the subject, formula, and product whenever a %memo hint is encountered.
when booting a new ship, the persistent memoization cache is primed with the cache from the pill.
