this also fixes an issue with move ordering related to %public-keys $gift being given before the %private-keys

We need to give the %turf $gift to the driver after we have a unix-duct, so we make sure that we only do that after hearing the %born event.
(this also fixes an issue with move ordering related to %public-keys $gift being given before the %private-keys)
