VLC media player 3.0.22-rc1 'Vetinari' This is the twenty-third release of VLC 3.0 branch, named "Vetinari", in reference to the Lord Patrician from Discworld. VLC media player 3.0.20 'Vetinari' VLC 3.0.20 is an emergency release, fixing major regressions that appeared in 3.0.19. It notably fixes a crash with AMD GPU, a green line in fullscreen on Windows, a crash with AV1 hw acceleration, a bug in the fullscreen panel and a potential security issue.

clock: add traces when resetting the clock Trace when the clock is being reset in the avstats as well as in the tracer.
vout: re-implement flush for VSYNC Flush was not implemented anymore after the split in two schedulers. However, the VSYNC is holding the next picture too, and the picture date will become invalid when the context are being reset after flush, so ensure it is being discarded properly. Refs BTVAV-244
