Feature: vix tests --filter <pattern>

Description

Allow filtering executed tests by name or pattern.

Notes

  • Should map to CTest (-R) when available
  • Allow passthrough arguments for advanced usage

Acceptance criteria

  • Filtering works reliably
  • Documented in help and examples
