The baseline-alignment section is a lot simpler after removing the align/justify-tracks properties, but it does raise a few questions:

1. Do we want to support baseline alignment in the first row? (It's theoretically possible, but a little complicated given the possibility of explicit placement.)
2. Where should the last baseline come from:
   • the last placed item?
   • the lowest item?
