I need build the pipline from the start

1. I need download the census data, downloaed!
2. I need combine the sentiment data and geoarchive
3. for these without sentiment geo archive, we need to reclaulaute
4. we need do sjion to intergarte the downloaded census data with sentiment enhanced geo tweets
5. we need reclauclate the aggeragate sentiment stastics for each census but with Error propagation
6. we need redo the valadation and satstics for the results
7. fo all these start with one year
8. have a make file to run all the pipline
