Preserving the discarded PR branch by PR'ing against a fork.

When VS 2019 officially supports C++/CLI I want to use it as an example how to "correctly" setup netmodules and merge them. That was always underdocumented and a lot of trial and error, having an example should help a lot. Thanks :-)

Disabling some ancillary things to focus on getting the assembly linking.

…Now that it is a netmodule, this will crash visual studio due to a bug in code for handling netmodules.

This change will break builds in VS, but is unavoidable at this time.
