Mobilify is a plugin created to switch the theme of the WordPress blogging platform whenever a mobile device is detected viewing the website. The aim of this plugin is to create a simple and intuitive interface to change the theme whenever mobile devices are involved.

The class Mobile_Detect from https://code.google.com/p/php-mobile-detect/ is used. Mobile_Detect inherits its MIT license.
Download the .zip file and extract it into the WordPress plugin folder, e.g. wordpress/wp-content/plugins. Once placed inside the plugin folder, shift to Plugins->Installed Plugins and activate Mobilify. Once activated, shift to Appearance->Mobilify to set the theme to be displayed on mobile devices. The plugin should work perfectly.
This plugin is created on 29th of July and has not been excessively tested.
