Overview

  • Adds helpers to parse new gid's into old iso/adm1/adm2 format
  • Adds helper to build new gid's from old iso/adm1/adm2 format
  • Updates tables to point to gadm36 ones
  • Updates countries provider to correctly gather countries using new syntax
