Adds the new map controls in the new position and links new menu component to the meta modal:

• zoom controls: move map actions to component and simplify styles.
• share: introduce component
• meta model: open on click from new menu
• updates meta modal render component to add all missing fields such as info and download data buttons.

Also add the recent imagery button to map for styling layout of controls. Duplicated component due to upcoming architecture change for how the container interacts with the map.
