This release adds the following:

1. Adds a read repair step in the bbduk module
2. Removes Spriggan's ability to process single-end read data and adds a warning if given single-end data
3. Updates Spriggan to new Healthomics format to eliminate need for separate branches
4. Changes results module name to be compatible with Easy Genomics
