Dependencies:

ROS kinetic: http://wiki.ros.org/kinetic/Installation/Ubuntu MKZ support: sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-dbw-mkz NMEA support: sudo apt-get install ros-indigo-nmea-msgs driving_env & palnet packages: go to these two packages and run: python setup.py install

When creating a new python file: chmod +x filename.py
