Validator for romanian CNP (Cod Numeric Personal - equivalent to SSN). If the CNP is valid, it also extracts the associated information. It is one of the most advanced algorithms available.

Sequences like these manage to bypass most of the current algorithms, but not this one.

• isValid() returns boolean - CNP validation status
• getSex() returns String - 3 possible values:

Masculin | Feminin | Necunoscut

• getBirthdate() returns Date - the year format should be 'yy' because the year prefix for romanian residents/foreigners can not be determined, it can only be estimated.
  Example:

 new SimpleDateFormat("dd/MM/yy", Locale.getDefault()).format(cnp.getBirthdate())

• getCounty() returns String - the name of the associated county.
• getRegisterNumber() returns String - the associated register number. Possible values: "001" - "999".
• isRomanianCitizen() returns Boolean - the citizenship status.
• toString() returns String - the CNP itself.
