Add `theme` in `NgxEchartsConfig`. Can use `provideEcharts({ theme: 'your-theme' })` or `provideEchartsCore({ echarts, theme: 'your-theme' })` to specify the default theme, when using ngx-echarts but leave `[theme]` empty, echarts will get theme from config.
