This PR -

• updates all deps to latest including the xo configs as we were getting a bit behind
• changes a small behavior that automatically used allFilesGlob as the "files" property. Now it allows configs to pass through without adding a "files" property. This will make things slightly more flexible for those integrating with different plugins.
• Adds more idiomatic eslint config names
• updates the linting changes from itself with the updated xo configs
• removes some test helpers that were no longer useful
