This tag is mtm in its last full-featured state.

mtm was getting too complicated.
I got on a kick of trying to emulate as many terminals as possible,
as well as trying to exactly emulate the VT100.

This was making the code far more complicated than it needed to be,
and just added features that very few, if any, people would actually use
(like VT52 emulation).

mtm is going through a slimming-down process after this,
switching back to its original minimalist philosphy.
