A simple shopping cart solution for e107 v2.x Bootstrap CMS.

• Integrate OmniPay class for checkout, starting with Paypal and then adding Amazon and others.
• A a "Check Out" menu with shopping cart items
• Product Menu configuration options. (category and caption)
• Graphs/Charts of sales for the admin area.
• Localization (LANS)
• Plugin Icon

Pull-requests are very welcome. Please note that localization (language files/LANS) should occur only after the plugin is fully functional and tested.
