About

My name is Gabriel Sebastian Hidayat, but I'm better known simply as yeye and I would prefer it if you call me that way ( ˘ω˘ )a

I'm now a full time backend software developer at some company, now mainly working on Golang & Protobuf-gRPC, though I still sometimes jump to Python / NodeJS as needed. I value optimization whenever I can, and have a huge drive to learn and keep up with the growing technologies, especially since Protobuf & gRPC came out, the API design paradigm somewhat shifted to more "schema-driven" development, and I'm really excited to see how the future of API design grows.

I'm also a heavy Neovim user btw~

  • I love playing 🎸🔥, I practiced 6-8 hours straight back in 2014 for about 2 years. Now I barely have any time to practice seriously. But I still retain the shredddd I have cultivated. Oh, and I absolutely love Queen & Polyphia.
  • I also play 🎹, but I'm getting quite rusty at reading piano scores, so don't expect much. (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)
