👋 I'm Zane! I'm a research professor at Colorado School of Mines, and Director of the CoRE research group. I focus on reconstructing the 3D architecture and 4D evolution of depositional systems using commonly available but incomplete 1D and 2D data and appropriate machine-learning models. I spend as much time as I can in the field collecting data with incredible students in CoRE, and I enjoy cycling and toddler wrangling.
