Follow-up of #6332
Since
zio.concurrentstructures are returned to the core project (inverting the work from #6093), we should remove the project itself and the copy ofConcurrentSet. Note that this removal caused a "client-side disruption". Assuming we want to keep the classes out of thecore, this PR will still be necessary, but I'll have to adjust it to "rebuild" theconcurrentproject.cc @uurl
