The ZIO 1.x navbar on zio.dev is ineffective and leads to unrelated content. Maintaining ZIO 1.x docs alongside ZIO 2.x needs extra effort and if needed we can open another PR to make that possible.
Anyway as the current navigation bar to ZIO 1.x docs is useless, I removed that.
