"Gradle plugin for Scala.js and Scala Native" in the title is the name of the plugin that adds support for Scala.js and Scala Native to the official Gradle Scala plugin, which supports only JVM.

Plugin also integrates with Gradle (and IntelliJ IDEA) test frameworks that implement sbt.testing.Framework - ZIO Test among them.

So, with this plugin, ZIO Test works on JVM, Scala.js and Scala Native.
