@zakird I can't test that this works since we neither have any changes waiting on LMK if you have any thoughts on it, it's well-liked on Github for whatever that's worth. |

Add config file so we can add https://github.com/wei/pull as a Github App to our repo. This should watch the upstream
miekg/dnsand create a PR whenever there are changes.I tried to make my own with Github Actions but found it to be quite frustrating, let's give this a shot.
