Come assist at one of our nine mobile distribution sites throughout the community! Volunteers hand out groceries to clients, take in client information & help build grocery boxes.

Volunteers help serve dinners to our clients in our dining room and through our walk-up to-go window, while also supporting all other functions of a working commercial kitchen!

This shift is all about warm service. Serve ready-made lunches to walk-up clients from the to-go window at our kitchen. It is one of our most impactful opportunities to serve people in need. Join us in helping provide food to your neighbors in need!

Help prepare lunches and support our kitchen’s daily operations! This includes making peanut butter & jelly or meat and cheese sandwiches, packing lunches for our sandwich delivery shift, and assisting with meal prep—such as chopping fruits & vegetables.

Volunteers collect surplus food from local grocery stores to be quickly sorted, inspected, and distributed to families in need. Meet at partner stores or the Flagstaff Family Food Center to unload donations, organize rescued groceries, and prepare them for our meal and food distribution programs.

Help welcome and support our clients as they access essential food and resources! You will greet guests, collect basic information, and guide them through the intake process with care and respect. Answer questions, explain available services, and ensure that everyone is directed smoothly to the right distribution area.
