I had never heard of this website so I wasn't sure what to expect , found a book shelf for my living room for a fantastic price. As it was exactly what I was looking for I ordered it, the morning it arrived I hadn't recieved any notification from dpd to say it was being delivered it was lucky it was delivered before I had left the house . The box it arrived in was in good condition all the parts were there and good quality. I put the bookshelf together by myself that evening and it only took me 25 minutes. Overall I am very pleased with my new bookshelf and habitium, great product and great service.

I ordered two coffee cups from Faerly and unfortunately had an issue with them. I sent an email explaining and recieved a prompt response from James. He couldn't have been more helpful . I received two replacement cups this morning with a return label for the two previous cups. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, and wish the Faerly team all the best for future buisness. I will be returning as a customer and I highly recommend shopping here !

Package keeps getting put back to next day delivery I have emailed fastway and still have received no reply this is 2 weeks now and I can't contact them at all. Another parcel from fastway arrived today that my partner had ordered so it amazes me that parcel can be delivered bit my one keeps being staged foe next day delivery. My blood is boiling that there is no way of contacting them by phone its an automated message I keep getting through to . So frustrating with valuable items
