Speed of delivery and excellent customer service

Very fast delivery service and love my purchase 

The price was very appealing and the delivery was very prompt, delighted with the product and my overall experience with Walsh Brothers Shoes.

Extremely efficient service. The staff member was very courteous and patient.

Placed an order on 27th September for collection from UPS collection point in Dublin. The order arrived at the collection point on Friday 3rd October, but no code was sent to retrieve the parcel. I contacted both UPS and Timberland on Saturday 4th October to request details on how to retrieve the order from the locker. To date (5pm Tuesday October 7th) , I have had no response from UPS. Timberland replied am on 6th to say they would forward the code required. So far nothing. I sent a reminder to Timberland this morning and have had no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM TIMBERLAND,  THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. ALSO, THEY ONLY USE UPS FOR DELIVERY. UPS ARE THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN IRELAND. 

Have owned 3 pairs of sorel boots. First pair in the early 2000s and I still have 2 pairs now. In my experience they can handle the  snowy winters in NY and the wet rainy weather in Ireland.  They always keep my feet dry and warm. 

I purchased sneakers from them size 10.  They didn't fit. I have worn a size 10 for many years, along with everything else I wear. I reached out to Bullfeet to try to resolve the issue.  After the first email exchange, they went cold.  I can't recommend them as I have not had a positive experience.
