Received a jacket from Ireland in the wrong size. A phone call was enough to start the exchange, and now I am extremely comfortable in a warm jacket in the Netherlands.

This review pertains to customer service only, as the cardigan that I finally received, is a 10+, beautiful, and I love it!!!
  Shortened version, is my item got lost and it took many emails and two phone calls to get enough reassurance and information that I felt that I wouldn’t loose my money. I finally received the replacement a month after I ordered, with the original, also arriving two weeks later. 
The disappointment for me, was with the instructions to return the original. It was an extra cost and hassle to me to print return labels ( no printer)and to take to a FedX location ( no car). Perhaps, a credit on a future order, for all the stress and delays that my order caused, would have been a nice touch.  My honesty, in returning a lost item that wasn’t expected, should have been acknowledged. Not a great message to a potential returning customer.

The team at Connemara marble jewelry are second to none in customer care and provide a sterling service. It's a family run business, and I was surprised and delighted to get a reply to my email on a Sunday! The issue I had contacted then with, a lost earring, could have waited until Monday. But it was resolved immediately! I was touched and delighted by the speed and quality of their response, and am proudly wearing my Connemara marble pieces.
