I'm 8 month's waiting for delivery of an order and 3 month's for another. Paid in full. 
NEVER AGAIN. 

Very easy to buy online the 2 night getaway and very reasonably priced. The e- voucher arrived promptly after my order was confirmed. Overall a good buying experience

We called in for food at our local Wethies (as we often do) I ordered sausage and mash with gravy as I had this before and it was lovely. However, this time there was barely any gravy. I approached the bar to request a little more gravy only to be told “yes but you’ll have to pay for it” she couldn’t care less, didn’t want to look at how dry the food was barely made eye contact. I would’ve happily paid if I had had a decent amount and wanted more, but that wasn’t the case.

Mc Donalds Tullamore...reopened on the 16h and just as bad as before unfortunately.Went through drive thru,took half hr,Medium fries omitted from order and everything cold!

The food was awful at Leeds train station. Thought it would be nice to have a healthier option and always wanted to try leon's. The chicken burgers tasted like the roosters chicken burgers from aldi. Worst of all it looked a little raw and undercooked

Very pleasing staff and space. Unfortunately the food does not meet the standards, my eggs Benedict barely had any hollandaise sauce on it, the bread was dry and the rashers were overcooked and the portion was small for the price. Not enough choices of non dairy milks , overall disappointing.

Did you know that the Gordon Ramsay frozen Microwave dinner instructions,doesn`t have anything on the box about the Watts to use for that cooking time,they suggest??

Delivery from just eat was in good timing chicken tikka chasni  was nice enough but also ordered mixed pakora which was very dry and didn't seem  fresh. 

I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the service quality of Just Eat. The overall system and customer support have become worse than ever.

The delivery drivers are often rude and unprofessional, and the support agents who answer the phone can barely communicate in English. Every time we call, we are kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time — sometimes hours — just to speak to someone who actually understands the issue.

What makes this situation even worse is that Just Eat removed the option to change prices in our restaurant’s business panel without any permission or explanation. I personally informed them over four months ago that, due to inflation and increased costs, we needed to update our menu prices. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done.

This is unacceptable. It’s shocking that a company of this size operates with such poor communication, unqualified staff, and complete disregard for both its partners and customers. Just Eat should be ashamed of how badly its platform and support system are managed.
