Purchased a canon r 7. Sigma 17-40 1.8, Kase eco filter system and accessories from Bob last month. He spent over an hour with me , gave me some great tips , advice, while going in to great detail in answering all the questions I had. I ordered a 22 X 16 family portrait, which arrived in a couple of days. It was completely blurred and cannot be used. This is the second one I’ve ordered, the first was perfect. I’ve emailed them twice and haven’t had a response! How a company deals with the errors are a real measure of customer service.
