Picked the buggy up at Malaga airport was so easy and the best customer service from Antonio and Elena.
Everything was so easy and would have been lost without the buggy during the week.
Will definitely use the  service again and removes the hassle of bringing your own buggy on the plane

Terrible service! I had a horrible experience with this crowd ran by Deborah and George. Even tho I had booked the test they would only speak to the guy in question which was in relation to SA. I found her attitude to be very dominating and controlling. When I asked her a question if the abuser had turned up for the test, she then blocked me for the second time during our interactions. She asked if guards were involved in which I replied yes but then upon sending her the number for the investigating guard, it didn’t go through as she blocked me on the new number I was texting her from. Whole interaction made no sense and I would be very skeptical about her having any background in psychology or even any training. Made a bad situation so much worse but had no problem taken or demanding money up front. Kind of glad the test didn’t go ahead as I honestly would guess that lady would struggle to tire her own shoes each morning.
