I find that with hosting power you feel safer taking in people. They do all the back checking and are always an email away, great support. Since I started using hosting power I have never used any other company

I rented a room in Lisbon through Uniplaces, and the experience was awful from start to finish.
There were 9 tenants in the building, and on two separate occasions we were left without running water for more than 24 hours because the agency didn’t pay the utility bills.
When I moved out, they kept almost all of my €350 deposit without providing any invoices, photos, or justification — only vague explanations.
Despite several follow-ups, they ignored requests for transparency.
This agency is extremely untrustworthy, and it’s shocking that Uniplaces continues to list them. I strongly advise others to avoid Berens Estate Management at all costs.

Vuka was patient and amazing with us! We were moving to a new country with our cats and scared of not finding a home in time. The payment and move in were all very smooth as well as communication with our landlord. Highly recommend them over other platforms that might be bigger but don’t have the same care as cribmed does.
