Day light robbery

It does not even deserve 1 star I paid £398 for a holiday on Wowcher and then called up the next day they said someone would call me back no one did. Then I called them back today and the told me to redeem the voucher which I did not want to do as I would not be able to get a refund. I did it then they said I have to pay and additional £100. There is no option for a refund just a discount. I paid for a whole holiday now they want to offer me a discount. Now if I do not pay the additional £100 I will loss everything as I don’t want to fly any other dates it was mentor be for 40th birthday. 1st and last never again💯
