Do not give "Trademark Protection Plus" a single dollar. This "company" spams new trademark applicants by illegally scraping data from the USPTO. I know this because their predatory emails started right after I filed.

What they are doing is a clear violation of government terms. For those who don't know, the USPTO's "Terms of Use for USPTO websites" explicitly states that its computer systems are intended for "official Government business by authorized personnel." Any unauthorized access or use of the system is a violation that can be prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Scamming applicants using data obtained from the USPTO's databases is considered an unauthorized use of this government system.

I checked their addresses – they’re completely fraudulent. They list big office buildings but aren't actually tenants there. This is a classic scam tactic to appear legitimate. Don't be fooled by their official-looking junk mail. This is a basement operation preying on people's hopes of protecting their brand. Report them and block them.
