How does Anonymise work?

  • By using smart search queries, finding privacy-sensitive information becomes easy and with just a few clicks it can be anonymised.

    Anonymise, for example, assists in redacting documents, emails, and other sensitive material.

  • Depending on the document type and your settings, preview has multiple ways of displaying different content. Users can read, add, edit and delete comments attached to documents, depending on their permissions.

  • Redacting allows to hide parts of the document and download the redacted version. Once redacting is done you can take few actions:

    1. You can save the document, so when the document is opened next time you also see the redacted version.

    2. You can delete the redacted version of the document.

    3. You can download the redacted version of the document.
