Sketch – If you delete the sketch document, and edited it, Sketch will friendly remind you that. 

OSX – When you have unsaved changes, a dot appears on the close button to show that clicking it will not complete the normal close action.

Preview Mac OS X Yosemite - When you hand-draw a circle, a rectangle, a star or even an arrow using the pen drawing tools, it automatically detects the shape and transforms it into a geometric vector shape.

Keychain App - The app icon indicates whether the keychain is locked or not.

Mailbox OSX - Pressing the command key reveals the keyboard shortcut for each action.

OSX Yosemite - Apple’s “Crazy Ones” text has been removed from Notes and TextEdit icons, but remains as an easter egg in the textClipping icon.

OS X Preview & Look Up - The dictionary popup will replace the highlighted word with a serif or sans-serif font to match the scanned text.

Github - gives a warning if the message is longer than the recommended size.

OS X Calendar - When there are future events outside your viewport, they are stacked at the bottom of the viewport to give you a quick overview of what’s coming up.
