Sucks. Fails to open most of the time. When I click on a group chat notification on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, most of the time it doesn't load and open the chat. Instead, it seems to crash the app/get stuck loading. These load failures occur a lot, not just when opening chat notifications. Many times I have to close the app and open it again. Also, I've had to reinstall this app on many occasions for it to open.

Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

It's ok. Some menu selection takes a very long time to load up, and it's a bit slow to keep having to wait. So, who is it to blame and complain? When i message a random player, it's slow and laggy and doesn't co-operate very well, i think it has some little bugs whilst loading. I might soon say goodbye to the playstation app because I don't need to know who comes online, I don't need to know what's on sale via the app, ps4 has it all there and same goes with ps5.
