Impossible refunds, no real support They have my returned items, but my refund is missing for weeks. Customer service gives endless excuses and delays. When you ask for a manager to resolve it, they are "never available" and no one calls you back. It feels like a scam to keep both the items and the money. Avoid the hassle.

I love equally the website and the app. Every now and then I will put items in my basket and keep them there until I can afford to buy. If they get on sale I get notification about a price drop. Same applies for items which I added to my favourites. When I have interest on certain item at the bottom it shows me similur items which I may like, additionally,it shows you other items from the same brand. It's just brilliant, and the suggestions are really good. I love it!

Haven't been able to checkout for the last few days. I've uninstalled, logged out, logged back in, checked my settings, profile and account info and still can't checkout. Got a full shopping cart but get an error message every time I try to buy. They musn't want my 💰. Given three stars because I've shopped with Zalando loads of times without any trouble.
