Awful app, just as bad as the website. No filtering system. Redeemed a voucher only to find out later it would have been free anyway on their app (with ads). But even the ad-less version wouldn't work with chromecast. It told me repeatedly that I have the film downloaded so it can't be shown online even after removing it. In the end I couldn't even watch it on my mobile. Cleared data etc. To no avail.

Used to be OK on Android 10, but now that my phone has upgraded to Android 11 this app just freezes all the time. I deinstalled it. The developers need to keep up to date. UPDATE:- Seems to work on my new HP Chromebook, but only as an App, it still won't work on the Chrome Browser. Come on Rakuten, get with it, sort your gear out. If you have any ambition to compete with the market leader (Netflix) then some serious coding needs to be carried out.

Have had excellent service from this app. My only issue, if any, is there is no way I can file my own library to suit my cataloguing methods. The films only list in the order I bought them which can sometimes be a pain when there is a franchise that has been collected over time and they cannot all be grouped together. Other than that it's a great app. It does what it says on the tin.
