It has the Google Pay icon, but wouldn't let me use it, and it wouldn't let me autofill credit card info, so I tried using the website to checkout, which still had my shopping cart items, but wouldn't honor the pre-order promotion. In summary, both this app and the companion website offer a poor user experience. I'm giving it 3 stars, because it eventually got the job done, but I feel like Samsung can do better.

When I buy a new phone, smartwatch, TV, fridge, etc. I buy Samsung. I am 1 year into ownership of my Galaxy watch Ultra & I love it so much! PERFECT companion to my S23 Ultra. That being said, why is it so impossible to find a carrier that supports my watch? I have looked at every single carrier & they only have plans for Apple or Google Pixel. It's weird! So very weird. I hope that maybe Samsung can figure it out & fix it. I love Sam! You should change to Samsing, btw.

I use this app all of the time for my online purchases. It conveniently fills in my shipping and payment info. It also sends me notifications regarding shipping. I like having a record of my online purchases. That makes it more convenient when I need to repurchase something. I don't have to try to remember which website I used. The only reason I have 4 instead of 5 stars is because the optional shipping insurance is a joke. It doesn't actually insure anything. As I found out the hard way.
