Pros: Nothing pro about it total waste of money and the don't refund your money as advertised or fix the problem.

Cons: Nothing works as advertised. They won't refund your money or even try to fix instead tried to blame me and my systems. I have the very latest Macbook Pro and everything is updated. Look elsewhere.

Overall: Horrible experience never solved my issue didn't try to. I asked for a refund after 2 day of frustration and never received it.

Pros: This is the only program I could find where I could easily download videos from youtube of best quality and songs from Spotify. Moreover it has a built in conversion tools that can be set on automatic basis, so that you just press download and then receive the files in format you need. That is actually more than needed for me.

Cons: Couldn't find any actually, but I was using only a trial version.

Overall: Strongly advise, the program is definitely worth its cost, this is the best youtube and Spotify downloader I could find in only one program, the interface is user friendly and lot's of automated stuff.

I have been using this excellent software since it first started in 2014 and have successfully downloaded thousands of videos from multiple streaming sites.

The software is fantastic. It is fast, reliable and very easy to use. It provides all the download and conversion options one needs. The downloaded videos are of a consistently very high quality.

Best of all is the ongoing technical support provided by the Allavsoft team. From time to time, a site I subscribe to has changed its technical specs. Whenever this has happened, I have contacted David at Allavsoft. He and his team have always come up with a speedy solution.

They have also been great in supporting particular areas of interest to me on request, from premium classical music sites to major public library audiobook sites.

The reason I use this software is to enable me to watch videos and listen to audio offline, because my internet has not always been reliable.

Pros: You can literally drag and drop entire Spotify playlists into Allavsoft and it downloads all songs as separate mp3 files.

Cons: The original (most recent version) of Allavsoft didn't work with Spotify. I messaged Allavsoft and they sent me a different version, and that worked.

Overall: Highly recommended - I don't know of any other software that does this. Heard about Allavsoft from a friend, thought it would be too go to be true... perfect for DJing.

Pros: Free Trial operation is easy to setup.
BUT ..... Free Trial version loads program and goes through the motions BUT when you try to actually download it just displays "0% Downloading" - Trial version states it will download 5 tracks.
Support says Spotify "has just upgraded" and they only support PAID version!

I'm quite skeptical that Allavsoft is Real.

Pros: You can download almost any song you like from Spotify. There is no other app with the same quality and success. It also retains meta data which is a big W. It also gets regular updates which i am very thankful for.

Cons: Honestly there is nothing that i want to complain about. Sometimes it has trouble downloading some songs but an update always fixes the problem.

Overall: Love this app. There is literally none other like this. And i know it because i have searched and searched a lot and Allavsoft is the only tool that just works.

Pros: It’s very easy to use. I ran into an issue and got a response within 24 hours which resulted in fixing my problem.

Cons: Email support only is the only con. With this, you have to wait for support to get back to you but again, they’re very quick about it.

Overall: Worst experience ever. I bought it base on a price advertised on the website which didn't identify the type of currency. When I realized that I was charged more due to that fact and that I'm not satisfied with the product I requested a full refund which was declined by the customer support despite the website clearly said 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. This is a total scam. How you can ensure you'll give the money back if you don't want it. Why do you advertise things that you are not prepared to do. I'll find the way to report this scam to the right place to get my full refund as I am supposed to.
