    Pros: CharityTracker is PERFECT for keeping up with client information and the financial assistance that is provided to our clients when we help them with emergency utility and rental assistance for our impoverished or low income individuals in our community. The features and design of CharityTracker are very easy to navigate through and provide simple instruction when performing the data entry. The support team for CharityTracker is readily available and always quick to help with any CharityTracker need for support.

    Cons: Honestly, I have no cons to write about at this time.

    Overall: Overall I'd say CharityTracker is the BEST software program that maintains the information organizations like ours needs. I strongly suggest and encourage other organizations to utilize CharityTracker!!

    Pros: CharityTracker is easy to navigate and so customizable to the needs of the organization in tracking, collaborating and documenting.

    Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like so far.

    Overall: It was so easy to learn and customize. It gives the opportunity to have a detailed tracking system for our organization and our staff that use it.

    Pros: Very User friendly, great group pricing, best customer service. Customer service responds quickly. We don't have to worry about the backup. Avoids duplication within agencies/churches. I would highly recommend!

    Cons: Not able to customize Personal Information fields. I like different parts of different modules. Some things in certain modules are not applicable. It would be nice to customize with just the tools (Tabs) that you use.

    Overall: We cannot do without this program. We use it on a daily basis. I would highly recommend it to anyone. This has been great for our network.

    Pros: CharityTracker is a fantastic tool to help communities work together to help the most people fairly without duplicating efforts and stopping people who are just working the system.

    Cons: You just have to remember to use it! It can be awkward to look someone up while they sit in your office asking for help... but you get over that.

    Overall: It is very easy to use and the price is fair. great tool for churches and non profits. my office manager helps me log folks so it is a team effort.

    Pros: Our charity requires in-home visitations before helping. CharityTracker offers insight into client needs and circumstances (ie: abusive behavior, anger issues, dogs, etc.)

    Cons: There are NO cons or negative aspects to this tool that I have found.

    Overall: For our particular Charity, this is a great pre-visitation tool. I just wish we had found this site sooner.

    Pros: When using the charity tracker it is a great tool for our 501(3)(c) to be able to keep all our client records at our fingertips. Navigating the database is very easy our volunteers to use.

    Cons: So, far we have not found anything we don’t like about CharityTracker.

    Overall: When our agency started using CharityTracker it has cut down on the time and paper it takes to help our neighbors in need.

    Pros: The ease of accessing our clients information is reliable and we are able to view not only our data but also data from other organizations.

    Cons: Sometimes it kicks the user off. When we have multiple users on the same day, sometimes the system will kick off a user in the middle of client portal.

    Pros: CharityTracker allows us to keep all data and documents about clients in one place. CharityTracker is easy to learn and user friendly. Information is clearly organized in the system. The ability to easily maintain relationships between the head of household and the other members of the household is another big plus as is the ability to have a separate bar code for each individual. CharityTracker is a big improvement over our previous system.

    Cons: I would like the ability to write queries directly against the database for custom reporting.

    Overall: The Community Assistance Center (CAC) uses CharityTracker as our CRM tool. We use CharityTracker to

    Pros: The charity which I co-direct has used Charity Tracker for eight years. Of course it is so helpful in spreading limited resources to know how a client has been helped by partner agencies. We have also been able to eliminate all paper trails while improving the sharing of information among our agents. We not only use the reports function for year-end numbers; we can customize a report to answer random questions.

    Cons: While it is possible to scroll through history on the personal page to see when an income or expense figure was changed and by which agent, it would be helpful to have a historical snapshot of the income sources and expenses.

    Overall: As network administrator, I see how our partners tailor Charity Tracker to their needs. My charity uses more of the functions each year. The system is user friendly and flexible.

    Pros: I like how easy it was to train the 25 non profit volunteers when we started using Charity Tracker. I liked the ability to print out monthly reports and track duplicate entries in our system. Our vendors like getting the reports and being able to match the amount we paid on the clients utility bills.
    I liked the quick service I got from the help center when I needed a special report or adding special requirements to our system.

    Cons: I don’t like the new changes in the duplication system. It hasn’t picked up duplicates when I discover some and try to run a report and they don’t show up. The set up for report are a little complicated.

    Overall: Overall I will keep using Charity Tracker because it’s the best for our nonprofit usage. So easy to learn and use.

    Pros: Ease of use, organization, stability, reporting functions, and easy to create additions and edits unique to our program.

    Cons: A tad outdated feeling. Hasn’t kept up with design layouts common among competitors.

    Pros: There is no way to exaggerate the helpfulness of CharityTracker! From tracking assistance in house to being able to post needs that other organizations can help with to holding people accountable for the the services they seek! CharityTracker has it all. On top of it all the personal technical support is top notch! True "customer service"!

    Cons: I literally cannot think of any cons myself. I have had people who are much more "techy" than me say it could use some visual upgrades. Honestly, for me that means I would have to relearn some things. I'm good the way it is!

    Overall: A true partner in community impact! With the partnership of the design team to the technical team, to the community organizations, there is truly no better way toward community transformation!

    Pros: I love that we are able to see when our clients have been and what they have gotten help with. Easy to use format, very detailed. And the reporting system is great.

    Cons: I don't like that agency can go in and change the date of when assistance was provided. I think once its entered you cant change the date.

    Overall: I really enjoy it and its very useful to our organization. I think every non profit should use it. It is very beneficial.

    Pros: Easy to use, easy start up, reliable systems (rarely down), concise in keeping data easy to reach, pricing is affordable for our non-profit and being able to communicate with other providers in the county and see how they've assisted our same clientele is of utmost importance to help us steward resources well.

    Cons: Searches can be challenging, not very intuitive, some reports and inquiries can be challenging

    Overall: Love the system in spite of some challenges, makes keeping up with clients easier. When we've needed support, the team is truly goes above and beyond what is expected. Couple that with the affordability and data we're able to see from others providing services and, simply put, CharityTracker just makes us better! We love it!

    Pros: Can run reports specific to services provided, demographics, etc.
    Able to write case notes to provide information regarding a client and their specific needs as well as services provided. Can also see other agencies that may be providing services for a client and can use as a referral.

    Cons: Veteran status needs to have a "no" button if someone is not a veteran. Without it you are unable to tell if someone has been asked and answer is no.

    Overall: Charity Tracker is our "go to" data base for all of our clients and the individual services we provide in our community!

    Pros: Great record keeping. We love the reports that we can run for our funders. Allows us to stop repeat services. Easy to use. Also love the we are able to create client account ID cards.

    Cons: Goals and Measurements are not easy to use at all.
