Pros: One software to manage all. The cost is too low compared to other software. Their staff is very professional. Software is very good ability to manage and retrieve data.

Cons: Learning how to use the software is not easy. However, Viindoo software is still much easier to use than SAP.

Overall: Everything is managed on a system. I can see all the data anytime, anywhere. The support team is very professional.

Pros: Viindoo is a highly valuable free and open-source ERP solution. I had the advantage of obtaining it at no cost while effectively addressing my needs in POS, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and CRM management, MRP, Website. Their team provides exceptional support and possesses extensive knowledge in management, readily sharing it with customers without any concerns.

Cons: Learning Curve: Users, especially those new to ERP systems or with limited technical expertise, may find Viindoo ERP to have a steep learning curve. The complexity of the software may require significant training and time investment to become proficient in its usage.

Pros: Viindoo is an excellent free and open-source ERP solution. I just spent Zero cost on software that can solve my problem in POS, Sales, Inventory, and CRM management. Their team support is excellent. They have much knowledge about management and don't worry about sharing theirs with customers.

Cons: If I want to upgrade more features, I need to buy the Standard package.

Overall: Because we have many shops in different locations, many flowers and customers can take care and work effectively in a peak like festival, holiday, etc. My staves always overload and make mistakes in paying. Sometimes I need to find Inventory and sales situations. And Viindoo team come, and they help us solve the problems with sales, CRM, and Inventory. All my needs in Viindoo Retail POS.
