NEQUIM Contact System (NCS) program was developed to be a tool for analysis of ligand-receptor complexes and their intermolecular interactions or interatomic contacts. NCS allows large scale analysis of hundreds of interaction fingerprints and does a quick analysis of large data sets produced by docking programs. NCS detects the intermolecular contacts in protein-ligand complexes and generates an interaction binary vector (fingerprint) for each complex. The interaction fingerprints are displayed in an interactive interface through which the user can see, manipulate, cluster, compare and rank the fingerprints.
NCS has also a command-line interface.
