TwoNav RMaps is not the same format as the SQL based RMaps format (which is not supported by GPXSee). The only two offline formats that are common for GPXSee and MOBAC and do not degrade the tiles quality are MBTiles and TrekBuddy atlases.

What about adding a check, wheather the data is some image format in case of "appication/octet-stream"? Reporting the server "error" won't most probably help in this case... ;-)

Mapy.cz maps in zooms > 10 are broken
